A. Download zzBots Desktop for simPRO integration
B. Open the app, and log in or create a zzBots account.
A. Go to the Connected Apps page.
B. Click to add a New Connected App.
C. Navigate to, or search for, the simPRO Connected App.
D. In the “Build Name” field, enter your simPRO Build Name in the following format: “https://<Build Name>.simprosuite.com/”
E. Click Authorize and Save.
I. Login with your simPRO credentials.
II. Choose YES to authorize the connection with zzBots.
A. In PlanSwift, open the Plugins tab.
B. Select to Import Plugin Package
C. Open the simPRO+ Integration from your downloads folder.
A. After you import the Plugin, the install wizard will open.
B. PlanSwift will close and need to be reopened after installation. Click “Yes” to confirm you are okay with this.
C. Click “Next” to install the Plugin.
D. To finish, close the install wizard.
I. PlanSwift will close.
II. The next time you open PlanSwift, the simPRO Plugin will appear on the top right corner of the home page.
A. Click the “New Item” icon or “Send to simPRO” icon to add new items to PlanSwift, or to send quotes to simPRO.
B. In the “New Item” popup, there are tabs for Catalog, Pre-Builds, Favorites, and Recents.
C. The Catalog and Pre-Build tabs allow you to search for items by their group and subgroup in simPRO.
I. If you add new groups or subgroups, you can sync them by clicking “Sync Groups.”
D. The Favorites tab will show favorited items from all groups.
E. The Recents tab will show recently added items.
A. In the catalog tab, we will search for “toilet” and select a toilet to count on our floor plan.
B. Once you have chosen your item to count in PlanSwift, select the correlating simPRO cost center in the properties popup.
C. Use the count tool to count the simPRO items in PlanSwift.
A. Click “Send to simPRO” to send a New or Updated Quote from PlanSwift to simPRO.
B. In the popup, select the Customer, Site, and Quote Type. The rest of the dropdowns and choices are optional.
C. Once your quote is ready, click “Send New Quote” on the bottom right of the quote form.
D. You can click on the quote number to be redirected to the quote on the simPRO website.
A. First use the counter tool to count more items.
B. Then open the “Update Quote” tab in the “Send to simPRO” popup.
C. Click “Update Quote.”
D. You can click on the quote number to be redirected to the quote on the simPRO.
